वित्तमंत्री ने प्रधानमंत्री धन धान्य योजना का एलान शुरू किया है जिसका मुख्य उद्देश्य गावों में कमाई के पर्याप्त साधनों को बढ़ावा देना है. धनधान्य योजना के माध्यम देश के 100 जिलों में जिनमे कृषि उत्पादन कम है. उन जिलों में आय के प्रयाप्त साधन प्रदान किये जायेंगे. योजन से 17 मिलियन से ज्यादा किसानों को लाभ प्राप्त होगा.
योजना का मुख्य उद्देश्य पंचायत और ब्लाक लेवल पर फसलों की उपज को बढ़ावा दिया जायेगा. प्रधानमंत्री धन धान्य योजना को हाल ही में बजट 2025 में शुरू किया गया है. योजना में लघु किसानो, महिलाओं, नौजवान किसानों और भूमिहीन किसानों पर फोकस किया जायेगा.
